Another Milo recipe?! YES! How can anybody NOT love Milo?! I have always made Tiramisu the eggless way, so I thought to myself… Why can’t I make it with Milo? That way kids can eat too!No alcohol, no coffee… Perfect! What? No alcohol takes away the fun? Not at all! This encourages whole family fun! Ok, ok… I know I get a little too excited when I talk about Milo. That’s passion baby!

So I chose to sweeten this bad boy up using condensed milk instead of powdered sugar, for that added authentic Milo experience. It’s so easy to whip up, it took me less than 30 mins. Now it’s in the fridge just chilling out… and waiting to be devoured by yours truly tomorrow. :-)~

Whip the whipping cream until stiff, adding 2 tbsp condensed milk halfway.
This should take about 5 mins. Do not over-whip or it will separate!
Meanwhile prepare your 3 in 1 Milo.

Place mascarpone cheese into mixing bowl and add 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Mix well.

Dip ladyfinger in prepared Milo.

Dip the other side.
Just dip and lift, do not soak!
Keep watch of your whipping cream!

Lay it out in the tub.

Add whipped cream into mixing bowl and fold the 2 mixture together.

Until well combined.

Scoop half of the cheese mixture on to the ladyfingers.

Spread it out evenly.

Using a sieve, dust the Milo powder on top of the cheese mixture.
There will be clumps or bigger bits that will not get through the sieve. Don’t worry about it. Just discard it if you want, or put it back into the Milo tin.

Continue dipping and layering the 2nd layer.

Then cheese again.

Dust Milo.. and you are done! You can do another layer if you want, split the cheese mixture into 3 portions. I prefer only 2 so the cheese is thick enough.

Chill in fridge for at least 8 hours or best overnight before serving! Try it with ovaltine or horlick too!
